Tengam Engineering, Incorporated, a global leader of injection molded magnets and magnetic
assemblies, has completed and passed its re‐certification audit for the new quality standard
IATF 16949:2016. NSF‐ISR, a leading global certification organization known for its superior
industry expertise and customer satisfaction, stated that “You should be very proud of your
accomplishment, and your attention to detail, to meet this new standard.”
A major investment of time and resources was dedicated toward this effort and the recertification
lets you know that Tengam complies with the rules and regulations required to
meet the standard. Our IATF 16949:2016 certification is active through 2021 but our
certification is not a one‐time event. In order to maintain our accreditation, we will have
regular, on‐site inspections of our manufacturing facilities, processes, and procedures to ensure
that they continue to meet our high level of quality.
Mark McPherson, President, explained, “I am very proud of the dedication shown by the
employees of Tengam Engineering to achieve this new certification. Our last 10 years of ISO
certifications have proven that our business benefits from adhering to an audited quality
system. Our current, and future customers, can come to Tengam with confidence knowing that
Tengam has the processes and procedures in place to provide magnets and magnetic
assemblies that exceed our customers’ quality and performance expectations.”
We are very proud of our accomplishment as it signifies that we are among the best in our
industry for meeting the ISO requirements.
