Tengam Engineering, Incorporated announced the introduction of their redesigned website http://www.tengam.com/. Tengam Engineering, founded in 1972, manufactures a wide range of injection molded bonded magnets and magnetic assemblies.
The new website was designed to allow users to investigate the endless possibilities of using injection molded magnets. New developments in molding technology, which will be one of the focal points of the website, allow Tengam to design magnets that are much larger than previously available all while remaining cost effective.
According to Mark McPherson, GM of Tengam, “Designing new molding techniques often evolves when we investigate opportunities in converting sintered ferrite, sintered NdFeB or compression bonded NdFeB materials to injection molded magnetic materials.” McPherson also commented that “There has been a recent surge in engineering unique processes and incorporating manufacturing techniques to improve part performance, cost, and design; overall, value added engineering. This captures what Tengam does best … creating innovative techniques to meet or exceed our customers’ requirements.”
