Tengam Engineering, Incorporated announced the hiring of Thomas Braganini as its Manager of Sales and Marketing. Tengam Engineering, founded in 1972, manufactures a wide range of injection molded bonded magnets and magnetic assemblies.
With 20 plus years in the thermoplastics industry Tom will add an important aspect to the Tengam team. Most recently he served as a sales representative for RTP Company, a thermoplastic resin company. He also held the same position at LNP (currently Sabic Innovative Plastics). During his career he has sold both advanced polymers as well as magnetic compounds. Tom has a proven track record for positive sales growth, excellent customer service and program development leadership.
Mark McPherson, GM of Tengam, stated that “Bringing on a full time sales manager is very important to Tengam during this period of rapid corporate growth which is being fueled by the increased demand for polymer bonded magnets.” McPherson also commented that “the knowledge that he brings to Tengam will add to an already diversified management team and further the evolution of the company.
