Tengam Engineering, Inc., Innovative Leaders in Bonded Magnet Technology, announced today that it has named Paula Ramey as the new Quality Manager. Tengam Engineering, founded in 1972, manufactures a wide range of bonded magnets and magnetic assemblies.

Quality is crucial to our products and our customer’s satisfaction. Having Paula here is paramount during our current growth phase.”
Ramey’s career began 25 years ago as she began working in the manufacturing business at Wamar Products in plastic injection molding. She spent 12 years working in all aspects of the business as operator, quality inspector, CMM operator layout technician, and Quality Supervisor. In 1991 Ramey became the Quality Manager for Clarion Technologies. Most recently Ramey served as the Quality Manager for Fasco Motors which closed their doors earlier this year.
